This video demonstrates one way the Sincpac C3D may be used to calculate offsets
to the Top Back of Curb. This particular method works well when starting from
2D-linework and flowline Profiles.
Note that the tools used in this demonstration are available in the Free Edition
of the Sincpac C3D, although some of the auxiliary features demonstrated (such as
QuickSets) are available only in the retail version.
